We want you to love your Mark Hill hair tools and styling products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure all products are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Return Process

  Securely package your products in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
